  • We guide you to a product-specific payment gateway that offers:

  • Shipping Requirements:
    • Rate: An additional fee of $50 will be applied.*
    • Delivery Time: Standard 3-day ground shipping.
    • Tracking: Customers can monitor the delivery status from our warehouse to their destination.
    • Insurance: Comprehensive insurance coverage exceeding the value of the product is included.
  • Local Pickup:
    • Location: Pickup coordination within or just outside Atlanta’s ITP/OTP boundary (the locals will understand 😉).
    • Reservation: Full payment is necessary to secure your reservation.
Fulfillment Specifications:
  • Processing Duration: Orders are processed within a two-business-day timeframe.
  • Preparation: Includes software updates, and registration of the operating system and core applications.
  • Included Accessories: Each order is accompanied by a charger.
  • Packaging Standards: Products are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Note: For those requiring shipping, a representative will contact you within the processing period to finalize additional shipping fees and coordinate delivery logistics.

This section serves to inform the buyer of the details and limitations of the warranty on the refurbished laptops sold by Eidolon MSP LLC (“Company”).

This Comprehensive 1-Year Hardware Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to refurbished laptops (“Product”) sold by the Company. The Warranty covers specific hardware components of the Product, under the conditions set forth herein, for a period of one year (12 months) from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

The Warranty includes the following integral hardware components: Display screen, keyboard, trackpad, storage devices, RAM, motherboard, ports, fans, wireless NIC, and the core functionality of the operating system.


This Warranty does not cover damages due to negligence, including but not limited to: exposure to extreme conditions, excessive dust, debris, blocked vents, overheating caused by operating system/hardware customizations, accidents, loss, theft, harmful customizations, software-related issues beyond the core functionality of the operating system, third-party software or peripherals, infections by malware, viruses, ransomware, or other common risks, or devices that have been opened or tampered with in any way.

In the event of a warranty claim, the process will include contacting customer support, shipping the device for inspection (with shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer), inspection documentation, and upon claim approval, repair or replacement of the device.

At Eidolon MSP LLC (“Company”), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with the products we offer. However, it is essential to note that all purchases made from the Company are considered final and are sold as-is.

No Returns:

Products sold by the Company are not eligible for return or refund. All sales are considered final at the time of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

While returns are not accepted, products are subject to the Comprehensive 1-Year Hardware Warranty described in the Warranty section. If you encounter any issues with your purchased product, the concerns will be addressed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Warranty. This may include repair, replacement, or other remedies as detailed in the Warranty provisions.


A return or refund may be considered solely in the case of a hardware defect that cannot be repaired, as described in the Warranty. Such determinations will be made in accordance with the specific conditions and procedures outlined in the Warranty section.

By purchasing a refurbished device (“Product”) from Eidolon MSP LLC (“Company”), you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

  • Quality Assurance: Meets our high standards of quality and performance.
  • Data Security: All previous user data has been securely erased.
  • General Wear and Tear: May show signs of wear, but does not affect functionality.
  • Warranty Coverage: Covered by our Comprehensive 1-Year Hardware Warranty.
  • Final Sale: Purchase is considered final and as-is.
